Chuck was born and raised in Omaha. After graduating from Grace University, he attended Dallas Theological Seminary where he received the Master of Theology degree. Chuck joined the staff of CBC in 1987 as Pastor of Youth and Christian Education and became Senior Pastor in 1990. He and his wife, Lydia, are the parents of six children: Sarah, Rebecca, Nathan, Anna, Maria and Rachel.

Rick was born and raised in Greenwood, Delaware. Immediately after graduating from high school in 1974, he joined the Air Force and served on active duty for 26 years. While in the military, Rick completed his Associate's Degree in Communications with the Community College of the Air Force and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Nebraska, Omaha. He graduated with a Master's Degree in Biblical Studies from Grace University, Omaha, in May of 2007. Rick joined the Community Bible Church staff in January 2004 as the Pastor of Outreach and Discipleship, and was ordained by the Fellowship of Evangelical Bible Churches in August of 2007. He and his wife, Paula, have been married for 34 years and have two adult children and two grandchildren, Gideon and Piper.

Daniel was raised in a Christian family, along with six other siblings. He attended Grace University and graduated in 2002 with a degree in Pastoral Ministries. Daniel joined the CBC staff in 2005. He and his wife, Rachel, have two children, Eden and Alex.
Greg Zielke joined the CBC staff in 1993. He is the chairman of the music department at Grace University and holds a doctorate in choral conducting from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. He also has a master of music education degree in voice and choral from Wichita State University and a bachelor of music degree in music education from Tabor College in Hillsboro, Kansas. In addition to his work at Grace University, Zielke has been conductor for the annual Voices of Omaha performance of Handel's "Messiah" since 1996. Zielke also has served as repertoire and standards committee chairman for collegiate choirs for the Nebraska Choral Directors Association and has served as the artistic director and conductor of the Omaha Symphonic Chorus, the official chorus of the Omaha Symphony. He and his wife, Tami, have two adult daughters.
Marilynn has a Bachelor of Music Education and has done graduate work in Kodaly, a system to teach music literacy. She has completed the first level which is for the Early Childhood stage. She has had six years experience teaching music in the public schools on the elementary level which included the primary grades. She has worked in the Awana Clubs at the church for about 15 years and started the Sparks Club which is for Kindergarten through 2nd grade. She continues to teach private music lessons to all age groups. Her goal in early childhood education is to foster curiosity and a love for learning in the young child which can be carried throughout life.
